By simply following our 2-stage method of first:

Balancing, which can vary from 5-7 days, during which time you can expect to feel vital and healthy.  It is important to follow the food or recipe list provided and you will not count calories through this stage, but consuming 3 litres of water is encouraged.

 

Then onto weight reduction or maintenance depending on your goals:

This stage is undertaken until you achieve your best weight and then switch to the easy to maintain program of healthy meal choices to ensure your weight remains perfect for life.

 

How many calories per day?

When planning healthy meals and choosing recipes from our comprehensive menu selection or food lists, you ensure food consumption is commensurate with body size, as it varies between men and women.

This ensures that you meet both health and weight loss goals.

Your personal coach will be available with weekly support and advice as needed, plus by joining our support group, you can share with other weight loss heroes.

Daily progress charts help motivate both you and your mentor to secure results and establish your personal pattern and taking before and after photos will serve to provide accountability.

 

Calorie Calculator

As a member of our healthy lifestyle diet and program, you will also be provided with invaluable tools, including:

 

  • A BMR Calculator: to give you an idea of your frame size.
  • A BMI Calculator: to assist in working out how far you are from your ideal weight based on your body mass index.
  • Our simple spreadsheet helps you calculate calories per gram for recommended food items from your food list by simply entering how many grams of each food item you are planning to consume.
  • Within your program information there are calorie-controlled programs plus a lifestyle program laid out to easily choose the best one for you personally.

 

These easy to use calculators and charts combined, plus advise from your mentor will make it easy to stay on track and remain accountable as you reach your health and weight loss goals.

The Lifestyle Diet Plan Incorporates 2 Steps

Step 1 – Balance

The Balance Program usually lasts for 5 days and during this time you can expect an increase in your overall vitality and health.  If you have had a particularly poor diet (high in carbohydrates, sugar and gluten), then you may want to extend this to 7 days.  During this time, it is extremely important to follow the food list strictly with no calorie counting and to drink 3 litres of water daily.

Step 2 – Weight Loss & Maintain

This step is undertaken until you achieve your weight goal.  There are lots of easy to maintain healthy meal choices to ensure you keep the weight off – for life.
