I have my own binge eating story. Binge eating is how I managed stress and inner turmoil. This was my journey, to break this debilitating cycle as it affected every part of my being. You will have your unique story too, that has brought you to this point today. Food and diet play a major part in our health and well-being, not only affecting us physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. Both medical and natural medicine now agree and we now see vast education, that food- health balance choices, play a huge part in these four pillars.
